Effects and efficacy: This product is suitable for the following infections caused by pathogenic bacteria sensitive to fosfomycin: Intestinal infections: bacterial enteritis, bacillary dysentery. Urinary system infections: cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis. Dermatology and soft tissue infections: furunculosis, anthrax, sweat gland inflammation, lymphadenitis, folliculitis. Respiratory tract infections: nasopharyngitis, tonsillitis, tracheitis, early chronic bronchitis. Ophthalmology: sty, dacryocystitis. Gynecology: vaginitis, cervicitis. Usage and dosage: Oral administration is suitable for urinary tract infections and mild infections. Adults take 2-4g per day, and children take 50-100mg/kg per day, divided into 3-4 times. Intravenous injection or intravenous drip is used for moderate or severe systemic infections. Adults take 4-12g per day, and severe cases can be up to 16g per day. Children take 100-300mg/kg per day, divided into 2-3 times, but injections are prohibited for children under 5 years old.
