Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation

Effects and efficacy:
Suitable for routine treatment of asthma patients who need to use inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting β`-2`-receptor agonists in combination.
Usage and dosage:
There are two ways to use this product: Maintenance therapy: This product is used as routine maintenance therapy, and a fast-acting bronchodilator is used as a reliever. Maintenance and relief therapy: This product is used as daily maintenance therapy and as-needed relief therapy. This product is used as routine maintenance therapy, and a fast-acting bronchodilator is used as a reliever. It is recommended that patients carry a separate fast-acting bronchodilator with them at all times. Adults (18 years and over): 1-2 inhalations/time, twice a day, some patients may need to use up to 4 inhalations/time, twice a day. Adolescents (12-17 years): 1-2 inhalations/time, twice a day. Children (6 years and over): 2 inhalations/time, twice a day. In routine treatment, when the twice-daily dose can effectively control symptoms, the dose should be gradually reduced to the lowest effective dose, or even given once a day. An increase in the use of rapid bronchodilators indicates an exacerbation of the underlying condition and that asthma treatment should be reassessed. Children under 6 years of age: This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. In addition to the daily maintenance dose, patients can use this product as needed when symptoms worsen, and patients should be informed to carry this product with them for reliever treatment. The use of this product for maintenance and reliever treatment should be particularly considered for the following patients: poor asthma control and too frequent use of reliever medications. A history of asthma exacerbations requiring medical intervention. If patients inhale this product frequently as needed, they need to be closely monitored for dose-related adverse reactions. Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): The recommended maintenance dose is 2 inhalations per day, which can be inhaled 1 inhalation in the morning and evening, or 2 inhalations in the morning or evening. In the event of symptoms, take an additional inhalation. If symptoms are still not relieved after a few minutes of use, take another inhalation. Do not exceed 6 inhalations at a single time. The total daily dose usually does not need to exceed 8 inhalations, but it can be increased to 12 inhalations in the short term. Patients who need more than 8 inhalations per day are strongly advised to consult a doctor, and the patient should be re-evaluated and the adjustment of maintenance medication should be reconsidered. The same drug produced by different manufacturers may have inconsistent instructions. If you find that the instructions of the drug are inconsistent before taking the drug, please consult a doctor or pharmacist in time.
