Bifendate tablets

Bifendate tablets are a medicine for liver disease. It is used for patients with chronic persistent hepatitis accompanied by abnormal elevation of alanine aminotransferase (ALT); it can also be used for elevated ALT caused by chemical drugs.
For patients with chronic persistent hepatitis accompanied by abnormal elevation of alanine aminotransferase (ALT): it can reduce liver damage and elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) caused by carbon tetrachloride. It has an inhibitory effect on liver microsomal lipid peroxidation caused by carbon tetrachloride and the conversion of carbon tetrachloride metabolism into carbon monoxide, and reduces the consumption of reduced coenzyme II and oxygen during carbon tetrachloride metabolism, thereby protecting the structure and function of liver cell biomembranes.
For elevated ALT caused by chemical drugs: for example, it can reduce elevated liver ALT induced by prednisone.
