Bicalutamide Tablets.

Effects and efficacy: Bicalutamide is an anti-androgen drug used to treat advanced prostate cancer. It is used in combination with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analogs or surgical orchiectomy for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. It is used to treat patients with locally advanced prostate cancer without distant metastasis who are not suitable for or unwilling to undergo surgical castration or other medical treatment.
Usage and Dosage: Combination therapy is used to treat advanced prostate cancer in combination with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analogs or surgical orchiectomy; adult males (including the elderly): 50 mg once a day, once a day, treatment with this product should be started at least 3 days before starting LHRH analogs, or at the same time as surgical orchiectomy. Single-drug use for prostate cancer is used to treat patients with locally advanced prostate cancer without distant metastasis who are not suitable for or unwilling to undergo surgical castration or other medical treatment. Adult males (including the elderly), oral medication, once a day, 150 mg once (three 50 mg tablets or one 150 mg tablet). It should be taken continuously for at least two years or until the disease progresses. Note: No dosage adjustment is required for patients with renal impairment; no dosage adjustment is required for patients with mild liver impairment, but drug accumulation may occur in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment.
Drug contraindications:
Children are prohibited from using this product; those who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it during pregnancy; those who are breastfeeding are prohibited from using it during the period of preparing for pregnancy; and those with liver impairment should use it with caution.
