Functions and indications:
It is mainly used for drug poisoning of barbiturates and other hypnotic drugs, such as glutethimide and hydrated oxalaldehyde, and can also be used to reduce the depth of anesthesia of sodium thiopental to accelerate its recovery.
Usage and dosage:

Dissolve in an appropriate amount of 5% glucose injection and slowly inject intravenously at a rate of 50mg every 3-5min until the condition improves; or add 50mg to 5% glucose injection and drip intravenously. The injection speed should be slow to avoid convulsions.
Adverse reactions:
1. Large doses can cause nausea, vomiting, tendon hyperreflexia, muscle cramps, and even convulsions. 2. Delayed toxicity manifests as emotional anxiety, mental confusion, hallucinations, etc.
Contraindications:
1. The safety of the drug for pregnant women, lactating women, and children has not yet been determined. 2. It is contraindicated for acute porphyria because it may induce acute attacks.
