Beclomethasone dipropionate nasal aerosol
Effects:
Beclomethasone dipropionate nasal aerosol is used to prevent and treat perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, and can also be used for vasomotor rhinitis.
Usage and dosage:
Spray the right nostril with the left hand and the left nostril with the right hand, avoiding spraying directly on the nasal septum. Adults can apply 2 pinches per nostril at a time, twice a day; or 1 pinch per nostril at a time (50 micrograms), 3-4 times a day. The total amount per day should not exceed 8 pinches (400 micrograms).
Adverse reactions:
A small number of patients may experience dryness or burning sensation in the nose and throat, sneezing, changes in taste and smell, and nose bleeding. Occasionally, allergic reactions such as rash, urticaria, itching, skin erythema, edema of the eyes, face, lips and throat are seen. Rare cases of increased intraocular pressure and nasal septum perforation.
Drug contraindications:
