Avapritinib Tablets

Afatinib tablets are an anti-tumor drug that is mainly used to treat adult patients with unresectable or metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) carrying platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) exon 18 mutations (including PDGFRA D842V mutations).
Afatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that exerts its anti-cancer effect by targeting PDGFRA and PDGFRA D842 mutants and multiple mutants such as KIT exons 11, 11/17 and 17.
