Effects and efficacy: This product is used to treat deep fungal infections caused by sensitive fungi with clear diagnosis. Usage and dosage: Intravenous administration: When starting intravenous infusion, try 1-5 mg or 0.02-0.1 mg/kg per body weight. Then increase the dose by 5 mg every day or every other day according to the patient’s tolerance. When it reaches 0.6-0.7 mg/kg once, the dose increase can be stopped. This is a general treatment. The maximum daily dose for adults does not exceed 1 mg/kg, and the drug is administered once a day or every 1-2 days, with a total cumulative amount of 1.5-3.0 g. The course of treatment is 1-3 months, and can be as long as 6 months, depending on the condition and type of disease. For sensitive fungal infections, a small dose should be used, that is, 20-30 mg for adults at a time, and the course of treatment should still be long. Topical medication: 5-10 mg per time for adults during aerosol inhalation, dissolved in sterile water for injection into a 0.2%-0.3% solution for application; the concentration of this product during ultrasonic atomization inhalation is 0.01%-0.02%, inhaled 2-3 times a day, 5-10 ml each time; during continuous bladder irrigation, add 5 mg of amphotericin B to 1000 ml of sterile water for injection every day, and rinse at a rate of 40 ml per hour for 5-10 days. Intrathecal administration: 0.05-0.1 mg for the first time, then gradually increase to 0.5 mg, the maximum amount is no more than 1 mg at a time, and the administration is 2-3 times a week, with a total amount of about 15 mg. It is advisable to administer it simultaneously with a small dose of dexamethasone or hydrocortisone succinate, and the drug solution needs to be repeatedly diluted with medicinal cerebrospinal fluid, and slowly injected while diluting to reduce adverse reactions. Intravenous drip: For intravenous drip, first prepare 50mg of this product with 10ml of sterile injection water, or 25mg with 5ml, and then dilute with 5% glucose injection (sodium chloride injection cannot be used because it can produce precipitation). The drug concentration of the drip solution should not exceed 10mg/100ml. Slow intravenous drip in the dark, each drip time should be more than 6 hours, and the pH value of the glucose injection used for dilution should be above 4.2. For external use: 2 tablets at a time, once a day, and can be increased to 3-4 tablets if necessary. Use before going to bed every night. Before use, it is best to rinse the vagina with 4% soda water (or a low-concentration ordinary disinfectant), and then wear a finger cot to insert the tablet deep into the vagina.
