Functional Indications:
This product is used for combined chemotherapy of ovarian cancer, SCLC, malignant lymphoma, and endometrial cancer. It is especially effective for ovarian cancer and SCLC.
Dosage:
There may be differences in the usage and dosage of different dosage forms and specifications of this product. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow your doctor’s advice. Melamine tablets and melamine capsules: taken orally, 10-16 mg/kg per day according to body weight, taken in four divided doses, 21 days as a course of treatment or 6-8 mg/kg per day, 90 days as a course of treatment. In the combined program, the recommended total dose is 150-200mg/m2 based on body surface area, used for 14 days, and is well tolerated. Taking it 1-1.5 hours after meals or before going to bed can reduce gastrointestinal reactions. Melamine enteric-coated tablets: taken orally. 1. Oral administration of a single drug: 150-300mg/m2 per day, divided into 3-4 times orally or before going to bed. Take it continuously for 14-21 days as one course of treatment, and rest for 2-3 weeks before starting the next course of treatment. 2. Combined oral administration: 100-200mg/m2 per day, taken orally in divided doses or before going to bed, for 14 days, with 1 week of rest as one course of treatment.
Adverse reactions:
1. Severe nausea and vomiting are dose-limiting toxicities, with mild to moderate bone marrow suppression, characterized by a decrease in white blood cells. They usually occur one week after treatment and reach the lowest point in 3-4 weeks. 2. Central or peripheral nerve toxicity occurs after long-term use and is dose-limiting toxicity. It can be reduced or disappeared after 4-5 months of drug withdrawal. 3. Occasionally, hair loss, cystitis, rash, itching, weight loss, etc. may occur.
Medication contraindications:
