Functional Indications:

Dosage:

Moricizine Hydrochloride Tablets: The dose should be individualized, and other antiarrhythmic drugs should be stopped for 1-2 half-lives before using this product. Oral administration, the usual dosage for adults is 150-300 mg, once every 8 hours, the maximum dosage is 900 mg daily.
Adverse reactions:
There are dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, drowsiness, abdominal pain, indigestion, vomiting, sweating, paresthesia, dry mouth, double vision, etc. The incidence of proarrhythmic effects is approximately 3.7%.
Medication contraindications:
1. Patients with Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block and bi-bundle branch block without a pacemaker should be disabled. 2. It is prohibited to be used in patients with cardiogenic shock and allergies.
