Functional Indications:
Mainly applicable to ventricular arrhythmias, including premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia.

Dosage:
There may be differences in the usage and dosage of different dosage forms and specifications of this product. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow your doctor’s advice. Moricizine Hydrochloride Tablets: The dose should be individualized, and other antiarrhythmic drugs should be stopped for 1-2 half-lives before using this product. Oral administration, the usual dosage for adults is 150-300 mg, once every 8 hours, the maximum dosage is 900 mg daily.

Adverse reactions:
There are dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, drowsiness, abdominal pain, indigestion, vomiting, sweating, paresthesia, dry mouth, double vision, etc. The incidence of proarrhythmic effects is approximately 3.7%.

Medication contraindications:
1. Patients with Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block and bi-bundle branch block without a pacemaker should be disabled. 2. It is prohibited to be used in patients with cardiogenic shock and allergies.
