Adenosine

Functional Indications:
Used for echocardiography drug stress test to assist in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.

Dosage:
Adenosine injection: This product is only for use in hospitals and for intravenous infusion. Adults 140μg/Kg/min, infusion time 6 minutes, total dose 0.8mg/Kg.

Adverse reactions:
Flushing, difficulty breathing, chest discomfort, throat, neck, or jaw discomfort, gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness/lightheadedness, upper extremity discomfort, ST-segment depression, 1st or 2nd degree conduction block, paresthesia, hypotension, Nervousness, arrhythmia. Serious adverse reactions, including back discomfort, lower extremity discomfort, weakness, non-fatal myocardial infarction, life-threatening arrhythmia, 3rd degree AV block, bradycardia, sinoatrial block, sinus arrest, discharge Sweating, palpitations, T wave changes, high blood pressure, drowsiness, emotional instability, chills, vaginal pressure, urgency to urinate, cough, blurred vision, dry mouth, ear discomfort, metallic taste, nasal congestion, blind spots, tongue discomfort. There have been reports of cardiac arrest, sustained ventricular tachycardia, and non-fatal myocardial infarction. In particular, patients with unstable angina are at greater risk and should be equipped with resuscitation measures.

Medication contraindications:
Adenosine is contraindicated in the following patients: – Ⅱ degree or Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block (except for patients using artificial pacemakers). —Sick Sinus Syndrome (except in patients with artificial pacemakers)—Known or estimated
