Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate Injection.

Effects and efficacy:
Used to treat heart failure, myocarditis, myocardial infarction, cerebral arteriosclerosis, coronary arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, acute poliomyelitis, progressive muscular atrophy, hepatitis, nephritis, visual fatigue, ophthalmoplegia, retinal hemorrhage, central retinitis, optic neuritis, optic atrophy and other diseases.
Usage and dosage:
Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia: Add 10-20 mg of this product to 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 15 ml of 5% glucose injection, and inject it intravenously within 5 seconds. If it is ineffective, 2 doses (20-30 mg) can be injected intravenously after 2 minutes, and the maximum dose is 40 mg. Children under 1 year old, 3-5 mg. Children aged 2-12 years old, 10-15 mg. Acute cardiogenic shock: Add 80 mg of this product to 20 ml of 25% glucose injection and inject it intravenously in about 15 minutes. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: Add 1~2μmol/kg of this product to 100ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and slowly drip within 40 minutes, 2~3 times/day.
Adverse reactions:
Headache, dizziness, cold sweat, chest tightness, hypotension, etc. can be seen. Occasionally, joint pain, urticaria, etc. can be seen.
Drug contraindications:
This product is contraindicated if you are allergic to it
