Solution for inhalation: used to treat respiratory diseases with excessive thick mucus secretions, such as acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis and its exacerbation, emphysema, viscous obstructive disease, and bronchiectasis. Dosage and administration:

The second dose is 50mg/kg, added to the above diluent for 4 hours and infused; the third dose is 100mg/kg added to 1000ml diluent and infused over 16 hours. For patients with a body weight of <20kg: 300mg/kg, intravenous drip over 21 hours. The loading dose is 150mg/kg added to 3ml/kg of diluent, and infused over 1 hour; the second dose is 50mg/kg, added to 7ml/kg of diluent for 4 hours; the third dose is 100mg/kg added to 7ml/kg of diluent and infused over 16 hours. When this product is used for acetaminophen poisoning, if the patient is taking other drugs at the same time, it should be considered whether it is necessary to extend the continuous intravenous infusion time of this product to more than 21 hours. Note: Acetylcysteine ​​aqueous solution is easily oxidized and deteriorated in the air. It should be prepared and used immediately when used. The remaining solution needs to be refrigerated and should be used up within 48 hours. It should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than 96 hours.
