Abrocitinib Tablets.

Abrocitinib tablets are a highly selective JAK1 (Janus kinase 1) inhibitor, suitable for adult patients with refractory, moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who have not responded well to other systemic treatments (such as hormones or biological agents) or are not suitable for the above treatments.
Abrocitinib tablets inhibit the JAK1 signaling pathway to reduce the phosphorylation and activation of JAK1, thereby inhibiting the binding of STAT to cytokine receptors, reducing the transcription of downstream genes and cytokines that persist in inflammatory responses, thereby reducing the production of key factors and other markers involved in the progression of atopic dermatitis, thereby playing a therapeutic role in atopic dermatitis.
