Early breast cancer: This product is combined with endocrine therapy (tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitor) for adjuvant treatment of adult patients with early breast cancer who are hormone receptor (HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative, lymph node positive, high risk of recurrence and Ki-67 ≥ 20%.
Treatment of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer: This product is suitable for locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor (HR) positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative. It is used in combination with aromatase inhibitors as the initial endocrine therapy for postmenopausal female patients; it is used in combination with fulvestrant for patients who have had disease progression after previous endocrine therapy.
