4-(Aminomethyl)benzoic acid

Function:
Treat or prevent hyperfibrinolytic bleeding caused by primary fibrinolysis excess, such as abnormal surgical bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, tuberculosis hemoptysis or blood in sputum, hematuria, prostatic hypertrophy bleeding, leukemia, severe liver disease bleeding, upper gastrointestinal tract Bleeding etc. Aminobenzoic acid has a significant effect on general chronic bleeding, but it is not effective on cancer bleeding and trauma bleeding. It can be used for bleeding caused by overdose of streptokinase or urokinase.

Dosage:
Oral administration for bleeding: 250-500mg once, 2-3 times a day, the maximum daily dose is 2g. Intravenous injection or infusion: 100-300mg once, maximum daily dose is 600mg. For intravenous infusion of bleeding during the febrile phase of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome: 0.1-0.3g once, diluted and intravenous infusion, twice a day.
