Dosage and administration: Patients must use Adefovir dipivoxil under the guidance of a physician with experience in treating chronic hepatitis B. Usage: Oral, before or after meals. Food does not affect the pharmacokinetics of Adefovir. Dosage: The recommended dose of Adefovir dipivoxil for adults (18-65 years old) is 1 tablet once a day.
