BDDE-Cross Linked Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Hyruan ONE ®

Hyruan ONE (Hyaluronic Acid (HA) aka Sodium Hyaluronate) Butyl-Glycol Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate for Injection was developed by LG Chem. It is a single-dose preparation for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The viscoelasticity of this product is close to that of normal adult synovial fluid. After injection, it has a long retention time in the joint cavity and can be used as a temporary substitute and supplement for synovial fluid. Through viscoelastic supplementation therapy, it can restore the physiological and rheological state of diseased joint tissues. In addition, this product maximizes the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate by using a cross-linking agent (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, BDDE), reduces the number of dosing times, improves ease of use, and reduces infections caused by frequent dosing.
