Everolimus Tablets

Everolimus tablets are Western medicines and anti-tumor drugs.
It is suitable for adult patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma who have failed previous treatment with sunitinib or sorafenib.
It is suitable for adult patients with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic, well-differentiated (moderately differentiated or highly differentiated) advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
It is suitable for adult and pediatric patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC)-related subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA) who require therapeutic intervention but are not suitable for surgical resection. The effectiveness of this product is mainly demonstrated by sustainable objective remission (i.e., reduction in SEGA tumor volume). It has not yet been proven whether patients with subependymal giant cell astrocytoma associated with tuberous sclerosis complex can achieve improvement in disease-related symptoms and prolonged overall survival.
