Budesonide Suspension for lnhalation

Budesonide has a molecular formula of C25H34O6. It is a glucocorticoid with a highly effective local anti-inflammatory effect. It can enhance the stability of endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells and lysosomal membranes, inhibit immune responses and reduce antibody synthesis, thereby reducing the release and activity of allergic active mediators such as histamine, and can reduce the enzymatic process stimulated by antigen-antibody binding, inhibit the synthesis and release of bronchial contraction substances and reduce the contraction reaction of smooth muscles. It is clinically used for patients with glucocorticoid-dependent or -independent bronchial asthma and asthmatic chronic bronchitis.
