Nedaplatin for Injection.

Effects and efficacy:
Nedaplatin is a cisplatin analogue with anti-tumor effects. It is mainly used to treat solid tumors such as head and neck cancer, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, ovarian cancer, etc. In addition, studies have shown that this product can also be used for cervical cancer.
Usage and dosage:
Before use, dissolve it with normal saline and then dilute it to 500ml, intravenous drip, the drip time should not be less than 1 hour, and after the drip, continue to drip more than 1000ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The recommended dose is 80-100mg/m² per administration, once per course of treatment, and the next course of treatment can be carried out after an interval of 3-4 weeks. The first dose for elderly patients should be 80mg/m². Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Off-label use of drugs to treat cervical cancer: 80-100mg/m² per administration, once per course of treatment, and repeat the next course of treatment at least 4 weeks after stopping the drug. Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited during pregnancy. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction
