Etoposide Injection.

Efficacy:
Etoposide is used for anti-tumor, mainly for the treatment of small cell lung cancer, malignant lymphoma, malignant germ cell tumor, leukemia, and has certain efficacy on neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer and esophageal cancer. Etoposide is also suitable for patients with refractory testicular tumors after appropriate surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This product can be used in combination with other approved chemotherapy drugs.
Usage and Dosage:
Oral administration alone: ​​generally 60-100 mg/m2 per day, for 10 consecutive days, repeated every 3-4 weeks. Combined chemotherapy: 50 mg/m2 per day, for 3 or 5 consecutive days. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Etoposide capsules/soft capsules (25 mg per capsule) Usage: Generally, adults take 175-200 mg (7-8 tablets) per day for 5 consecutive days, stop for 3 weeks, or 50-70 mg per day for 21 consecutive days, and stop for one week as a course of treatment. Each course of treatment is about 1000 mg, and 2-3 courses of treatment can be continued. Note: This drug is highly toxic and must be used under the guidance of a doctor. The dosage and course of treatment should be appropriately increased or decreased according to the severity of the patient’s condition and symptoms. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. For intravenous infusion, dilute the required amount of this product with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, the concentration should not exceed 0.25 mg per milliliter, and the intravenous infusion time should be no less than 30-60 minutes. Solid tumors: 60-100 mg/m (body surface) per day, for 3-5 consecutive days, and repeat the medication every 3-4 weeks. Leukemia: 50-100 mg/m (body surface) per day, for 5 consecutive days, repeat the medication at intervals according to the patient’s blood picture. Combined medication treatment, medication according to the doctor’s advice. Note: This soft capsule should be taken before meals; the injection should not be injected intravenously, nor should it be injected into the chest, abdomen or intrathecal cavity.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. It is prohibited during pregnancy and lactation. It should be used with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction
