Treatment of arteriovenous shunt infection caused by Staphylococcus in hemodialysis patients who are allergic to penicillin and not allergic to penicillin. Oral use for the treatment of pseudomembranous colitis.
Usage and dosage:
For injection, add an appropriate amount of injection water to dissolve before use. Slow intravenous infusion: 0.8g~1.6g (800,000~1.6 million units) per day for adults, divided into 2~3 intravenous infusions. Children take 16mg~24mg/kg (16,000~24,000 units/kg) of body weight per day, divided into 2 intravenous drips. Oral administration for the treatment of pseudomembranous colitis, 0.4g per time for adults, once every 6 hours, and the daily dose does not exceed 4g. Children should reduce the dosage accordingly.
