Effects and efficacy:
Gestrinone can be used for endometriosis, drug-induced abortion, and contraception.
Usage and dosage:
Endometriosis is taken orally, 2.5 mg each time, twice a week, starting on the first day of the menstrual cycle, and once every 3 days. The weekly medication time should remain unchanged throughout the course of treatment. If a missed dose occurs, 2.5 mg should be taken immediately, and then the medication should be continued on time; for those who miss multiple doses, the medication should be suspended and restarted on the first day of the next menstrual cycle. The course of treatment for Gestrinone is 6 months. Contraceptive pills or emergency contraceptive pills are used as contraceptive pills for visiting relatives. Take 3 mg orally once on the day of visiting relatives, and take 1.5 mg each time thereafter. Used as emergency contraceptive pills, start taking the medicine from the 5th to 7th day of menstruation, twice a week (3-4 days apart), 2.5 mg each time, and the failure rate is lower if the medicine is taken more than 8 times per cycle.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated if allergic to this product. Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated in early pregnancy. Contraindicated during lactation. Contraindicated in late pregnancy. Contraindicated if liver or kidney dysfunction is present. Use with caution by athletes.
