Usage and dosage:

The recommended dose is 150 mg, 2 times/day, swallow the whole tablet, whether taken with food or not. 2. If toxic reactions occur, the dose should be adjusted according to the table below
Adverse reactions:
1. Serious adverse reactions: including hepatotoxicity, severe diarrhea or colitis, pneumonia, intestinal perforation, severe skin reactions, hypersensitivity reactions, neutropenia. 2. Common adverse reactions: including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, headache, fever, chills, pneumonia, nasal mucosal congestion, rash, sepsis, bronchitis, sinusitis, urinary tract infection, joint pain. 3. Laboratory examinations often show decreased neutrophils, decreased platelets, decreased lymphocytes, increased AST and ALT, increased YGT, increased triglycerides, increased blood sugar, decreased blood sugar, and hyponatremia.
