Efavirenz Tablets

Efavirenz tablets are a commonly used antiviral drug. This product has a good inhibitory effect on human immunodeficiency virus, so it is often used in clinical practice in combination with other antiviral drugs to treat AIDS. It is especially suitable for treating adults, adolescents and children infected with HIV-1.
HIV-1 infection: Once infected with human immunodeficiency virus, timely antiviral treatment is required. Efavirenz tablets are non-competitive inhibitors of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT), acting on templates, primers or triphosphate nucleosides, and have a small competitive inhibitory effect. Combining other protease inhibitors or nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors to treat AIDS can often achieve better antiviral effects.
