Usage and dosage:
For the treatment of depressive disorders, oral administration starts with a small dose, with an initial dose of 75 mg once (75 mg per tablet, one tablet at a time), twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening). Adverse reactions:
One of the most common adverse reactions in clinical practice is insomnia. Other common adverse reactions include agitation, dry mouth, facial flushing, abdominal pain, headache/migraine, nausea and vomiting, anorexia, constipation, sweating, tinnitus, rash, tremor and blurred vision. Most adverse reactions occur quickly, but they often disappear over time. Occasionally, there is weight gain and sedation.
